YZP series frequency conversion three-phase asynchronous motor hard gear reducer special motor, is a special lifting machinery equipment design of the motor. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, reliable stability and low noise, and is suitable for all kinds of mechanical equipment that need to be decelerated. The special characteristics of R, S, F, K series reducer with hard tooth surface require specially designed motors. The frame material is aluminum stretch and cast iron, and the flange end structure and the bearing seat have been improved and adjusted. It can be matched with a variety of flange covers in the same model to meet the requirements of different installation sizes. Choose the I-shaped flange end cover, turn the shaft for conditioning treatment, and increase the bearing grade, which can improve the bearing bearing capacity, increase the safety factor and the service life of the motor. Mainly used to work with hard gear reducer, used to achieve the rotation of the reducer, and output suitable for the speed of the working equipment, widely used in a variety of need to decelerate the transmission of mechanical equipment, such as manufacturing, mining, metallurgy, construction, chemical, cement and other industries.
