YZPEJ series lifting variable frequency brake motor hard gear reducer special motor, is a kind of lifting machinery equipment designed for the motor. It adopts lifting variable frequency braking technology and hard gear reducer technology, which has high operational reliability and work efficiency. The special characteristics of R, S, F, K series reducer with hard tooth surface require specially designed motors. The frame material is aluminum stretch and cast iron, and the flange end structure and the bearing seat have been improved and adjusted. It can be matched with a variety of flange covers in the same model to meet the requirements of different installation sizes. Choose the I-shaped flange end cover, turn the shaft for conditioning treatment, and increase the bearing grade, which can improve the bearing bearing capacity, increase the safety factor and the service life of the motor. Widely used in all kinds of lifting machinery and equipment, such as bridge crane, gantry crane, tower crane, etc., suitable for high load, high lifting frequency and long running conditions. They can be accurately regulated and controlled according to the work needs, and are widely used in ports, docks, construction sites, construction and other lifting occasions to improve the work efficiency and safety of lifting machinery.
